The SGA Spray Dryer can be used to dry different product including:
- 1,650 kg/h for egg yolk powder
- 626 kg/h for whole egg powder
- 590 kg/h for concentrated egg white powder
- 256 kg/h for plain egg white powder

The spray dryer includes a horizontal air box dryer which is simple to operate and has improved insulation and has a long running time before cleaning cycles are undergone.
durable
Made of stainless steel the spray dryer is hard waring and meets the FCM for maximum food safety. The equipment is constructed under ATEX-directive 2014/34/EU and has a type-examination certificate, meeting the common health and safety legislation that regulates the use of equipment with potentially explosive atmospheres .
