Flex loader

The Flex Loader has the capacity to process 48,600 eggs an hour or 135 cases.

The Flex Loader has been optimised to be compatible with any of the Alpha grading series and the OptiGrader models allowing for a seamless transaction.

Made of stainless steel the loader is hard-waring. The FlexLoader has 6 lanes allowing for an increased volume of eggs to be processed. In addition, to the stacks of trays being transported by conveyor. The loader has a unique loading head which allows for the eggs to be carefully lifted from the trays and transported to the infeed roller table.
The loader is suitable for both fibre trays and plastic with no change in settings needed.
The loader can detect if there are any eggs which are stuck in the trays and is able to gently distribute the eggs onto the conveyor.
The loader includes a blow-back system which allows for a simpler cleaning process when finished with the loader.
Optional
Due to the flexibility of the loader a de-stacker can be added to the system for a more automated approach.

OptiAccumulator
capacity
The OptiAccumulator is able to process up to 226,800 eggs and hour (630 cases).

Using sensors and guides the speed at which eggs enter the accumulator is automatically changed, reducing the amount of collisions.

Made of stainless steel the accumulator is hard-waring and easy to clean, with spray bars being integrated into the machinery.
Optional
The pitch of the accumulator can be changed for grading and for breaking operations. In addition a pre accumulator belt can be added depending on the operation.
