Hatch Performance egg grader

The Hatch Performance egg grader has the capacity to process up to 28,000 fertilized eggs or 80 cases per hour. 

The grader is not reduced to being used just for chicken eggs, it can be used for any type of poultry where egg weighing is essential. 

Uses clearly labelled buttons and simple controls including a multi-functional touch screen monitor. 

The grader also provides data on the fertilized eggs which can be exported. 

Made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean between turnovers to provide hygienic surfaces on which the fertilized eggs are transferred across. In addition, detachable shelves are used on the grader for allowing ease of access the the machine and for cleaning. The use of stainless steel allows for the grader to be more compact and to fit into sheds where there is limited space. 

The grader is able to monitor the egg sizes which can lower the mortality rate of the poultry after hatching. The grader can be attached to any conveyor belt in order to separate the eggs into 4 different categories of weight.   

The grader is more sensitive to changes in the size of the fertilised eggs and can therefore provided a lower mortality rate.  

Training is provided with installation of the grader.
