OptiLoader

The OptiLoader has the capacity to process 79,200 eggs an hour or 220 cases.  

The OptiLoader is optimized to work with the OptiBreakers, by transporting the eggs onto the breaker via conveyor using a rotary designs. With trays being stacked separately and trays with stuck eggs being sent down a separate conveyor. 

The OptiLoader can be easily disassembled in order to use CIP.  

Made of stainless steel the loader is hard-waring.  The OptiLoader is designed to match the speed of the breaker. And can gently handle a range of eggs and both fibre and plastic trays.

Using stop gates the position of the stacks is maintained and if necessary corrected. 

There is a 2 step blow back system to allow for the ease of egg release and for when the egg cups need to be cleaned. 

Training is provided with installation of the loader.
